The DOUBLE STOREY VILLA HOUSE  boasts of 3 large bedrooms - 2 bedrooms with en-suite on level 2 of the Villa and 1 bedroom on level 1.  Either of the 2 bedrooms on the second level is ideal for a roomy master suite. We have used 60cm by 60cm polished granitto tiles for the bedroom flooring whilst the en-suite and common bathrooms are laid with full-height marble tiles as can be seen in the photographs on this blog.

The kitchen of the Villa House will be equipped with modern fittings like a 2-burner induction stove top and microwave oven on a half kitchen cabinet.  A European washer is also provided in the furnishing package.

The DOUBLE STOREY VILLA HOUSE has a built up area of 3200 sqft, although the land area varies from plot to plot.  There are 11 units of double-storey villa houses available in total.  However, as we are actively marketing these exclusive units, it would be advisable to check with the sales office for the current pricing and availability.

Maintenance is estimated to be in the range of THB 42,000 per annum although this amount is subject to revision.
Other miscellaneous payments include a one time payment for the sinking fund of THB 85,000 and approximately THB20,000 for the installation of the water and electrical meters and it's covers.

Currently, the Transfer fee is 0.01% of the purchase price for the Certificate of Title Deeds, which is to be paid directly to the Rayong Land Office.
